TEWT now is the 4^th highest ranked Scopus Technology Enhanced Language Learning (TELL)/Computer Assisted Language Learning (CALL) Journal in the world. It is also the highest ranked Journal in the Language and Linguistics category (Arts and Humanities) by far in Cyprus and Poland.

TEWT is aiming high and moving in line with 4^th Industrial Revolution Technology trends (e.g., AI, XR, Metaverse etc), and TEWT is now fast-tracking such papers. TEWT has an improved Scholastica article management system, issues DOIs (Digital Object Identifier), and is introducing more professional typesetting. Furthermore, TEWT is getting more topical articles, and articles are coming from well-known universities e.g., TEWT Issue 2 (scheduled for July 2023) has two ChatGPT-related papers and the universities included are e.g., Open University UK, Brigham Young University-Hawaii etc.

Both the Polish Ambassador (Nicosia) and the Greek Cypriot Ambassador (Warsaw) were delighted to become honorary members of TEWT in 2023 thereby symbolically enhancing bilateral ties between the two countries; this is also in line with the Cooperation Program between the two governments on education, culture, sport, and youth for the years 2021-2025 (Cyprus President officially welcomes visiting Polish President | in-cyprus.com (philenews.com).
